Refund Policy

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you are required to e-mail our support with a thorough description of the malfunction and include the operating system in use, as well as what version of the IMVU client you are using.

Alternatively you are welcome to join our Discord server, in our support section you can open a ticket for a refund, make sure you include a proper description of your problem and the operating system you are using our products on.

Products not purchased from our site are exempt from being returned. Please provide the order number you received upon making the purchase when asking for a refund.

Your order number can be found in the e-mail you received from us when placing your order, or by logging into our website and viewing your order history.

  • Accounts

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Purchases of a product not listed as mobile compatible, while you are using the mobile or desktop client.
  • Duplicate items purchased from another site.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the agreed amount to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you would like to purchase a replacement product at the same time, you may be given a store coupon which warrants a discount on your newly purchased products.
